Search Engine Optimisation
The picture demonstrates, PSA website comes at the top of the list while searching for ‘9v smoke alarm’ in the Google search engine (it also works for other products such as 240v smoke alarm or visual signalling device...!). In order to be on top of the list, companies usually pay Google approximately $10 to $50K AUD; but thanks to KINNOV, PSA has been able to enjoy this pole-position and high search ranking at zero cost.
Content Management System
Figure 2 (see bottom left) demonstrates how straightforward/user-friendly and professional looking the new PSA site is. Every product is classified into a category; brochures can be downloaded and pictures can be enlarged in just a few clicks! The best part is that most of the content of the website has been created and uploaded by PSA staff.
